The **Golden Circle** Tour is in the morning, which allows for a 3 to 6-hour interval before heading off on the **Northern Lights** tour. 

The Golden Circle Tour is where we visit the country´s three iconic natural treasures: **Þingvellir National Park**, where the **American** and **Eurasian** plates have been pulling apart; the **erupting geyser** that sends water and steam spouting skywards; and the spectacular **Gullfoss Waterfall** where a **glacial river** thunders 32 meters into a canyon. When night falls we set off hunting for the **magical** and **elusive** **Northern Lights**. Of course, it all depends on the weather forecast and visibility conditions as to whether we go, so do keep this in mind. And, don´t forget, the **Auroras** are only visible during the winter months.

The last stop on our tour, and the most relaxing, is the **Secret Lagoon**. Whatever the weather, this is the perfect spot for relaxing in between sightseeing and enjoying Icelandic nature. Indeed, the **geothermal hot water** is a hidden treat that Icelanders have been enjoying for generations! Around the Secret Lagoon you can also find **several hot spots**, even a **little Geysir** that **erupts every 5 minutes**, showing off for the guests **bathing in the hot spring**.

After returning to Reykjavik around 15:30, the whale watching trip will begin at 17:00 meaning you will have about 1.5 hrs to enjoy the **quaint old harbor** with its design boutiques and coffee houses, or simply stroll around and take in all the action in the busy harbor. In the bay, a large variety of **whales**, **dolphins** and **birds** can be found. The **minke whales** are playful and in large numbers, along with the quick and quirky **white-beaked dolphins**, the cute harbor porpoises and the huge **humpback whales**.
